SERVICE AGREEMENT:  All uses of the phrase “The Pet Sitting Service”, refer to Animal Aunt Professional Pet Sitting Service.  The following agreement will remain valid for future service, with the exceptions of any agreed upon changes in fees and changes in type of service.  The parties hereto agree as follows:

1)  The client fully understands the contents of this contract and by submitting this form takes full responsibility for prompt payment.  Billing and payment is made through electronic service i.e., PayPal

2)  Payment for services is due at time of billing

3)  Any additional visits requested or necessary shall be paid for at the agreed rate.  The client shall pay for any additional necessary costs such as food or vet fees

4)  The Pet Sitting Service will clean up mess ONLY if client has adequate cleaning supplies available

5)  The Pet-Sitting Service and its employees or independent contractors agree to provide the services stated in this contract in a reliable and trustworthy manner.  In consideration of these services, and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against The Pet Sitting Service and its employees or independent contractors, unless arising from negligence.

SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY:

1)  When service cancellations are called in to the office at least 12 hours in advance, during regular business hours, clients' account will be credited for the full invoiced amount.

2)  Client will have forfeit the total amount paid if less than 12 hours notice is given.

3)  Text or email cancellations will be treated as less than 12 hours notice.

4)  No refunds.
